Editorial Content
At the heart of The Anthole is Herbert Price, a 65-year-old Black Gay man with over two decades of experience in modeling and behind-the-scenes television and film work. His unique journey—from founding The Anthole as a members-only club in the 90s to relaunching it in 2025 as a cultural media hub—fuels the passion behind the brand. Herbert is joined by a growing network of creatives, producers, writers, and advocates who share a common goal: to reshape LGBTQ+ media through an intergenerational and multicultural lens.
Script Submissions
We actively seek original scripts, treatments, and pitches from LGBTQ+ writers—especially those representing communities of color and mature perspectives. Our submission platform is designed to nurture new talent and bring diverse stories into development through mentorship, feedback, and potential production opportunities.
Health & Wellness Programming
Recognizing the importance of health in our community, The AntHole partners with medical experts, therapists, and educators to produce meaningful health-focused content. From prostate education to mental wellness, our programs promote informed living, self-care, and long-term wellbeing for mature LGBTQ+ individuals.
